22.6.25 - This morning, Jackie (sub for Rosalind), Claire T, Pete and Martin were at home to Heathfield in the Surrey Mixed Fours. In a close game where each team won 9 of the 18 ends, it was Heathfield who just edged the game 18 - 14. Thanks to Matt D and Neil for their support. More

District Mixed Pairs

20.6.25 - This evening, Claire T and Matt D played Jackie and Neil in the District Mixed Pairs. After close early exchanges the score was 7 - 6 to Jackie and Neil after 6 ends, before a couple of big counts saw them pull away to win 24 - 8. More

Surrey Mixed Pairs

18.6.25 - This evening, Sue F and Neil took on Streatham Park in the Surrey Mixed Pairs. Unfortunately for WPBC their opponents were in fine form and although the game was close for a while, it was Streatham Park who advanced to the next round with a 21 - 8 win. More

Mid-Week Triples v Heathfield

18.6.25 - This afternoon's Mid-Week Triples match saw us away at Heathfield on what felt like the hottest day of the year so far. With both triples playing well, Rosalind, Pete and Martin won a close contest 18 - 15, whilst Richard F, Vera and Neil also won, 26 - 11. Match result 8 - 0 (44 shots to 26). More
