Ange, Roger and Barry won 11 of their 18 ends to take the game 19 - 11, whilst Rosalind, Richard F and Richard S found their opponents in fine form going down 8 - 32. 16.5.21 - This afternoon we welcomed Heathfield to Wimbledon Park for our opening league match of the 2021 season. Once again in May the weather was wet! 15.5.21 - Following another successful Saturday morning taster session, where two of our visitors returned for another session of coaching, the afternoon saw us play the postponed Round Robin Competition. With the emphasis very much on having fun, 13 players enjoyed playing some short 3-bowl pairs games.

14.5.21 - This evening Neil and his daughter Rachel were away at Belmont for the opening round of the National Family Pairs. In a close contest, the match was decided with the final bowl and it was Belmont who took out WPBC's shot bowl to pick up the two shots that they needed to win 16 - 15.
