A Game of Two Halves in the National Mixed Pairs

29.5.24 – This evening over at Southey Claire T and Neil played Southey/Egham in the second round of the National Mixed Pairs. Starting strongly the first half belonged to WPBC who won 6 of the opening 9 ends to lead 8 – 4. Unfortunately the second half was a different story with the home side dominating, going on to win 23 – 11.
