So Incredibly Close in the Surrey Ladies’ Fours

12.6.24 – This evening at Wallington, Sue F, Rosalind, Anne and Claire T played the opening round of the Surrey Ladies’ Fours. In a tight, low scoring game, WPBC were 2 – 7 down after 8 ends. Despite winning 8 of the remaining 10 ends, it left us one shot short of forcing an extra end, as Wallington advanced to round two with an 11 – 10 victory.
