Another Win in the Surrey Mixed Pairs

29.6.24 – This morning Sue F and Neil headed up to Heathfield for the second round of the Surrey Mixed Pairs competition. After 6 ends, and a fair bit of good fortune, WPBC led 12 – 0, a gap which they maintained, despite dropping a 6 on the 14th end, to win 25 – 14. This means that Wimbledon Park have two pairs through to the Area quarter-final, following Claire T and Martin’s win on Thursday.
