Surrey Men’s Pairs

12.6.25 – Thus evening Barry and Neil were up at Heathfield for the Surrey Men’s Pairs. In another close contest WPBC led 9 – 6 after nine ends, before Heathfield put a winning run of five ends together to lead 17 – 9. Not to be outdone Barry/Neil picked up a 4 and a 3 to trail by one shot with two ends to play. A strong finish by Heathfield saw them book their place in the next round with a 20 – 17 win.
