May 19th - This afternoon saw the first match in the mid-week triples league when Wimbledon Park hosted Belmont. Betty, Derek and Barry had a hard fought game but held on to win 23 - 19. Ossie, Hector and Jonathan faced only two Belmont bowlers and won 29 - 7. Match result 8 - 0 (52 shots to 26)

May 15th - Jonathan and Neil played the second match of the National Family Pairs this afternoon against Colliers Wood. Having started strongly to lead 6 - 1, Jonathan and Neil saw the Colliers Wood pair up their game to level the scores before edging ahead. In a high quality drawing game it was Colliers Wood who prevailed to win 18 - 14.

May 6th - This evening Jonathan and Neil played Wandilea in the first match of the Surrey/Sussex section of the National Family Pairs Competition.
