Ladies’ Club 2-Wood Competition

15.6.25 – This afternoon Caroline, Sue F, Gail, Sue R,  W-A, Christine P, Rosalind and Claire T took to the green to take part in the qualifying rounds of the Ladies’ Two Wood competition. After playing three 6-end matches Claire T, with 9 points and Sue F, Sue R and Rosalind, all with 7 points, progressed to two 8-end Semi-Finals. While Sue F got the better of Claire T, winning 6 – 1 after 6 ends, a very close match between Rosalind and Sue R went the distance, with Rosalind managing to pip Sue R to the post with a 7 – 5 win. So Sue F will play Rosalind in the Final, during Finals’ Weekend. Thanks to Mark for his support.
