Surrey Quarter-Final of the Men’s Senior Singles

3.7.24 – This afternoon Neil was down at Egham for the Surrey Area Quarter-Final of the National Senior Singles. Settling quickly and drawing consistently Neil pulled away to lead 12 – 3 after ten ends, before a change of mat/jack length, saw his opponent take control. Five ends later and the scores were tied at 13 – 13, before Egham continued to out bowl Neil, going on to take the semi-final spot with a 21 – 16 win.
