Surrey 2 Woods

On Thursday evening Neil played Purley Bury in the second round of the Surrey 2-Wood Singles. Both players took a little while to settle, with Neil settling slightly slower than his opponent and he was 6 – 9 down after 10 ends. A change of jack length helped Neil to get back in to the game and he took the lead on end 15, going on to book his place in round 3 with a 16 – 12 win.
