District Over-60 Singles

On Monday afternoon Neil was up at Heathfield in the ¼ – final of the District Over-60 Singles. With both bowlers drawing well from the start the scores were tied at 7 – 7 after 9 ends. 6 ends later and Neil had built a 15 – 8 lead, another 6 ends later and the gap was down to 1 at 18 – 17. The final two ends went to Neil and with it a place in the semi-final with a 21 – 17 win.
