22.9.19 - Following Wimbledon Park's 9th straight win in the Wimbledon and District League, coupled with results from other clubs, we have, for the first time in the club's history, been crowned as Wimbledon and District League Champions for 2019. Congratulations to everyone on a great achievement to end a hugely successful season.

Sara, Rosalind, Pete and Martin got off to a great start to lead 13 - 0 after 7 ends; continuing to play well they went on to win 26 - 11. 18.9.19 - This evening Christine and Neil played the final of the Club-Night Aggregate Competition. In a close game, where both players managed to win 5 ends, it was Neil who edged the final to take the Aggregate Shield. Thanks to Rosalind for marking the match and to Barry for his support.

18.9.19 - This afternoon we welcomed Belmont to Wimbledon Park for the final Mid-Week Triples match of 2019. With Belmont arriving with one player short, and with neither team able to win Division 2, we offered Belmont the opportunity for their pair to play with 3 bowls each whilst our triple playing against them would bowl with 2 bowls each.

15.9.19 - This afternoon we travelled to Wandilea for the penultimate league match of 2019. Anne, Ange, Richard and Ossie had a close game leading 9 - 8 after 8 ends.
