A Win in the Mid-Week Triples

28.7.22 This afternoon we were away at Heathfield for our latest Mid-Week Triples fixture. Rosalind, Barry and Martin had a tight game, with both sides winning 9 ends. 4 shots to WPBC on the penultimate end proved decisive, helping us to a 17 – 15 win. Anne, Richard F and Neil struggled early on, winning only one of the first 7 ends, to trail 3 – 6. Winning all of the remaining ends saw them win 26 – 6. Match result 8 – 0 (43 shots to 21).
