Club Handicap Pairs Competition

July 3rd – this afternoon saw the early stages of the Club Handicap Pairs Competition. At the end of the group stages there was a tie for top spot in group A, which led to a single bowl shoot out which was won by Anne/Barry over Christine/Vernon. Group B had Cherry/Neil top the group, with Alison/Derek as Runners-Up. In the semi-finals Anne/Barry beat Alison/Derek 13 – 8 and Cherry/Neil beat Christine/Vernon 15 – 6.
