Friendly Triples Match Away at Croygas

8.6.24 – This afternoon, away at Croygas, Caroline, William & Rosalind quickly adjusted to an “interesting” green, taking a 15 – 3 lead after 10 ends. Continuing to play well, they finished 20 – 11. On the other rink, being the ditch rink, Sallie, Mark & Richard S also got off to a flyer taking a 15 – 4 lead after 10 ends. Croygas fought back winning the next 6 ends to create a little scare, but fortunately for WPBC it finished 17 – 15. Overall, both rinks won 37 – 26.
