‘I Am Team GB’ Bowls Taster Session

August 27th – this morning our latest taster session was linked in to ITV’s ‘I Am Team GB’. A fantastic team effort saw club members blowing up balloons, stringing up bunting and talking to passers-by before taking to the green. With the park relatively empty, it was not until late in the session that we welcomed visitors to the green, all of whom had attended due to the ITV initiative. A huge thank you to all of the club members who were able to support today’s event. The next taster session will be on Saturday 10th September.
