Just Another Day at Wimbledon Park BC

Aug 3rd – Today we welcomed ‘Octagon’ to the green for their annual company day out. A very well organised day took place, with coaching provided by Barry and Neil both before and during the company’s tournament, culminating in the final which was won by the pink team over the black team.

In the evening it was announced that Sabrina had been given a walkover in the semi-final of the District Ladies’ Singles competition as her two potential opponents had failed to arrange to play their semi-final. Congratulations to Sabrina, the club’s first District Finalist of 2017. The finals will take place at Heathfield BC  on Sunday 10th September.
