Ladies Triples Success

May 15th – This afternoon the Ladies played Heathfield away in a two triples match. The game was close throughout, with the outcome being decided on the final end of each game. Maggie, Sabrina and Betty saw their opponents just edge ahead to leave them one shot adrift at 14 – 15, whilst Anne, Ange and Helen turned a three shot deficit going in to the last end into a draw as they picked up a three to tie 16 – 16. A very successful afternoon which will hopefully lead to a reverse fixture later in the season.
