Mixed Results in the Surrey Competitions

26.5.23 – This evening, Claire T and Martin played Purley in the Mixed Pairs. On what turned out to be a challenging rink, WPBC came through strongly to win 24 – 16.

Over at Southwark Sports, Neil played the Officers’ Cup. On arrival his opponent said, ‘You’re going to hate the green, it’s as heavy as hell.’ He was correct! 6 – 21, was the final score.
