Mid-Week Triples League

25.5.23 – This afternoon we travelled to Mitcham for the opening round of the Mid-Week Triples League. Playing last year’s league champions, the scores were all square on both rinks after 16 ends. Mitcham then picked up a 5 and a 4 to beat Sue F, Barry and Martin 21 – 12. In the other triple, Anne, Richard F and Neil dropped a 2 on the penultimate end before picking up a single on the last end to go down 11 – 12. Match result 0 – 8 (23 shots to 33).
