19.5.26 – Over at North Sheen, Neil played the next round in the National Over-60 Singles. After close early exchanges his opponent dominated the game on his favoured length, opening up a 16 – 3 lead. A change of length, saw Neil claw his way back into the game to trail 13 – 17, but that was as close as it got and North Sheen advanced to the next round with a 21 – 13 win.
