Not to be again in the Bill Simpson Mixed Triples

July 29th – this evening Wimbledon Park hosted Wandilea in the two-wood Mixed Triples. Starting strongly Sabrina, Barry and Neil opened up a 6 – 1 lead at 6 ends, but unfortunately that was as good as it got. With their opponents changing the jack length, a run of 8 ends without reply went to Wandilea, transforming the score to 6 – 14 at 13 ends. A token single to WPBC was not enough and three ends later the game was over with the score standing at 7 – 20.
