Not To Be in The District Men’s Fours

1.8.19 – This evening Barry, Pete, Martin and Neil welcomed Heathfield in the District Men’s Fours. Wimbledon Park got off to a good start, winning the first four ends and leading 7 – 3 after 7 ends. Four ends later, after dropping a 5, the scores were level at 9 – 9. Unfortunately WPBC didn’t score in the next 5 ends and despite a late rally it was Heathfield who advanced to the Semi-Final with a 19 – 16 win.
