Second Success in the District Singles

Following Jonathan’s success last week in the District Singles, this evening Neil also played Heathfield in the Men’s Singles. Level after 6 ends at  8 – 8, Neil opened up a 6 shot margin to lead 16 – 10 at 11 ends, only for his opponent to win the next 5 ends to go ahead 18 – 16. The final three ends however went to Neil and he just edged home 21 – 18.
