16.8.19 – This evening Neil played Raynes Park in the 1/4-Final of the District Men’s Singles. Early exchanges were shared, with Neil just ahead 5 – 3 after 7 ends, before taking the next 5 ends to lead 15 – 3. The next 4 ends saw Raynes Park narrow the gap to 15 – 8 before Neil picked up two counts of 3 to book his place in the Semi-Final with a 21 – 8 win.
