Success in the Surrey Mixed Fours

23.7.22 This morning Claire T and Martin hosted Wandilea in the Surrey Mixed Pairs. Starting strongly, Wimbledon Park led 8 – 0 after 4 ends, but Wandilea battled back to narrow the gap to 16 – 13 with three ends to play. Drawing well on end 15 saw WPBC pick up 5 shots, which helped them to win the game 23 – 14. They now face Wandilea again in the Area 1 semi-final.
