WPBC Ladies vs Heathfield Ladies

12.5.19 – This afternoon the ladies travelled to Heathfield for the first of two matches against Heathfield Ladies. Playing two triples, the games were close throughout with Alison, Rosalind and Ange being 6 – 9 down after 9 ends whilst Maggie, Claire and Sabrina were locked at 7 – 7  at the same stage. As the games concluded Ange’s triple narrowly lost 10 – 14, whilst Sabrina’s triple went to the last end all square before Heathfield picked up two shots to win 15 – 13. The return fixture will take place at Wimbledon Park in mid-August.
