25.8.21 We’ve Booked Our 5th District Final Place

This evening up at Belmont, Sara and Neil played Heathfield in the Semi-Final of the District Mixed Pairs. Starting strongly WPBC led 8 – 0 after 6 ends, before Heathfield came back to lead 13 – 11 after 14 ends. The final ends were tight, but with the light fading fast, it was Wimbledon Park who booked their place in the Final with a win by 18 shots to 16.
