12th Place in the District Quarter-finals

July 17th – This evening Sabrina and Barry travelled to Wandilea to take on last year’s Over 55 Mixed Pairs District champions in the second round of the District Mixed Pairs. Picking up a 5 on the first end set Wimbledon Park up well and by the 10th end they were 14 – 6 ahead. The second half saw Wandilea close the gap, but it was WPBC who secured the quarter-final place following a 20 – 17 win.
