1st District Semi-Final Place Secured

26.7.19 – This evening Claire, George, Sabrina and Neil hosted Mitcham in the District Mixed Fours. After initial exchanges the scores were level at 4 – 4 after 5 ends, before Wimbledon Park opened up a 5 shot lead two ends later. Continuing to draw well, assisted by some good fortune, hands were shaken after 18 ends with WPBC going through to the Semi-Final with a 21 – 8 win.
