7th District Quarter-Final Place Booked

19.7.19 – This evening Barry and Neil welcomed Colliers Wood to a wet Wimbledon Park for the District Men’s Pairs. Starting well WPBC led 6 – 2 after 4 ends, only for their opponents to settle and take the next 5 ends to lead 10 – 6. 6 ends after that and Barry/Neil led 15 – 11, only for Colliers Wood to once again come back and level at 15 – 15 with 17 ends played. The next three ends flattered Wimbledon Park who picked up a 1, 3, 6 to finish 25 – 15, booking their place in the quarter-finals.
