A Strong Showing in the District Mixed Triples

15.7.19 – This evening Barry, Sabrina and Neil welcomed Heathfield to Wimbledon Park for the first round of the 2-Wood District Mixed Triples. Losing the first three ends to singles seemed to spur Wimbledon Park on and 4 ends later they were 12 – 3 ahead. Continuing to draw well, hands were shaken after 15 ends with Wimbledon Park advancing to the second round with a 24 – 7 win.
