A Close Game in the Men’s Surrey Triples

11.6.19 – This evening Pete, Martin and Neil visited Croydon Municipal Officers’ BC for the start of the Surrey Men’s Triples. Unfortunately on our arrival at the green the rain started to come down heavily and settled in for most of the game. On the green both sides were evenly matched with each side winning 9 of the 18 ends. Unfortunately for Wimbledon Park the honours went to the home team who advanced to the second round with a 19 – 16 win.
