A Second Successful Schools’ Afternoon

June 12th – This afternoon we welcomed Garfield Primary School for the second of their coaching sessions ahead of next Monday’s ‘Merton Primary Schools’ Tournament.’ Once again the children had a really enjoyable session led by Barry and assisted by Anne, John P-W, Maggie and Vicki. Thank you to each of the club members who kindly gave up their time to support this project and to make it the success that it was.

Following the session, 10 children from the two Year 6 classes have been selected to represent Garfield School as they take on Benedict, Joseph Hood and Singlegate Primary Schools over at Merton BC. The tournament will start at 10am, all club members are welcome to attend and support the children in their quest to win the tournament.
