A Very Wet Surrey Officers’ Bowl

16.5.24 – This evening Neil was over at Ashburton Park for the start of the Surrey Officers’ Bowl. On a very heavy green a close contest developed, and, even when the rain set in, there was little between the players until the 23rd end. With the scores tied at 19 – 19, Neil played a poor end to drop two and lose 19 – 21.
