17.5.24 – This evening Claire T and Martin hosted Croydon in the opening round of the Surrey Mixed Pairs. After close exchanges in the opening ends the scores were tied at 11 – 11 after 12 ends. A strong finish saw WPBC win 5 of the 6 remaining ends to win 20 – 13.
