…and Now It’s Quarter-final Number 8!

This evening Barry and Neil continued the defence of their District Pairs Title, with a home game against Belmont. Opening exchanges were close with WPBC leading 4 – 1 after five ends, a run of five ends to Belmont saw the score transformed to 4 -11 after 10 ends. The second half saw WPBC win 8 of the remaining 11 ends, with Barry and Neil just edging the game 17 – 16, to book the club’s 8th District quarter-final spot.
