Another busy Sunday

May 21st – This morning Jonathan played for the Surrey Under-25 Men in the first round of the National Double Rink competition against Berkshire. Unfortunately Surrey won one rink by 2 shots but lost the other by 14 and so were knocked out of the competition.

In the afternoon Neil played for the Surrey President’s team in a celebration of Southey BC’s 130th anniversary. It really was a celebration for Southey who had a healthy win on the green.

In the evening Sabrina and Jonathan played South London/Colliers Wood in the second round of the National Mixed Pairs, but a strong second half performance from their opponents saw them go out with a 9 – 20 loss.
