Strong Start in the Men’s Surrey Fours

May 22nd – this evening Barry, Pete, Martin and Neil travelled to Belmont for the first round of the Surrey Fours competition. After 9 ends WPBC found themselves 5 – 8 behind, but still within touching distance of their opponents. Picking up a 5 and a 3 on the next two ends was the turning point with Wimbledon Park going on to win the game by 23 shots to 9.
