Fun in the Sun

16.9.18 – This afternoon, following the concession of our league match by our opponents, Wandilea, the 12 players turned the afternoon in to a fun afternoon of Triples. The sun shone throughout and the teams were drawn with each triple playing the other three over 6 ends;  each player moving up one position in the triple as the new game started.

At the end of the afternoon Bowls was the winner, but of the Triples, Anne, Sabrina and Ossie edged out Betty, George and Neil on shots difference to top the afternoon’s play, followed by Pete, Sara and Barry who in turn were followed by Claire, Rosalind and Luke.
