Incredible 8 wins out of 8 in the Mid-Week League

14.9.22 The last league match in the Mid-Week took place this afternoon as we welcomed Belmont to the green. First to finish were Anne, Johnny and Neil who went from leading 4 – 3 after 5 ends, to 23 – 3 at half way, ending the game with a 35 – 11 win. Rosalind, Richard F and Barry also had a close start with the scores at 6 – 7 after 7 ends. After that Belmont pulled away to win 26 – 13. Match result 6 – 2 (48 shots to 37), giving us the Division 2 title with an amazing 8 wins from 8 games.
