Mid-Week Triples League v Heathfield

14.8.25 – This afternoon we welcomed Heathfield to the green for our latest Mid-Week Triples match. Anne, Pete and Martin had a close game throughout leading 8 – 6 after nine ends. With both teams winning nine of the ends, it was the visitors who managed to edge the second half to win 16 – 13. Sue F, Vera and Neil started strongly, leading 18 – 2 after nine ends, before going on to secure the win 32 – 6. Match result 6 – 2 (45 shots to 22).
