Not to be in the Surrey Men’s Triples

May 30th – This evening Derek, Vernon and Pete travelled to Shirley Park to play in the Surrey Triples. Up against a strong triple, two large counts of 4 and 5 against them saw WPBC 6 – 16 behind after 11 ends. The final 7 ends belonged to Wimbledon Park who closed the gap to 4 shots, going down 17 – 21 in the end.
