So Close in the Surrey Pairs

22.6.23 – This evening Pete and Martin were up at Heathfield to play South London in the Surrey Men’s Pairs. In a very exciting game, WPBC came from 3 – 12 down to level the match at 14 – 14 with one end left to play. Unfortunately for WPBC, it was the South London pair who managed to get a bowl right on the jack to secure the win 15 – 14.
