Two Tense Tussles Tonight!!

23.6.23 – This evening we had two home Surrey matches. Bobby, Richard F, Richard S and Martin played Shirley Park in the Men’s Top Four competition. With two ends to play WPBC trailed 13 – 19 before picking up a count of four and a single to narrowly lose 18 – 19.

In the Men’s Surrey Singles Neil played Streatham Park and, after what can only be described as a marathon game played out over 30 ends, came from 16 – 20 down to edge his opponent 21 – 20.
