Successful start in the Surrey ladies unbadged singles

May 17th – Sabrina travelled to Supreme bowls club for the first round of the unbadged Surrey ladies singles this evening. Despite heavy rain the green played well with both ladies managing to draw well to the jack. However, Sabrina built up a commanding lead at 13/1 after 9 ends. Despite her opponent drawing well Sabrina held onto the lead and went on to win the game 21/7.
