Things are Brightening Up!

With the green opening on Monday 24th April, a hardy few club members took their first opportunities to bowl in the cold and the wet at the Tuesday afternoon league and Wednesday evening club-night. Despite many cold fingers, a great time was had by all judging by the laughter on the green! If you were more inclined to be sensible and stay wrapped up in the warm, the good news is that Saturday’s weather is looking warmer and brighter and we will be back down at the green ready to start at 11.00am. Do pop down and blow the dust from your bowls as we start the 2017 season.
