Through to the Area Final of the Surrey Men’s Pairs

21.6.18 – This evening Barry and Neil welcomed Heathfield to the green for the latest round of the Surrey Men’s Pairs. A confident start saw Wimbledon Park pick up two 4s and two 2s in the first 5 ends to lead 12 – 2. Dropping a 5 on the 9th end and a 4 on the 13th end brought the Heathfield bowlers within 4 shots, but that was as close as it got, as Barry and Neil booked their place in next Thursday’s Area Final, which is up at Heathfield, with a 23 – 14 win.
