Tight Game In The ‘Walter Cross’ Inter-Area Match

21.7.19 – This morning over at Sutton, Neil played for Area 1 as they took on Area 3 in the second of the Inter-Area Walter Cross matches. In a close encounter Neil’s rink took an early lead, only for Area 3 to turn the tables and open up a 15 – 8 lead. Not to be outdone, back came Area 1 finally securing the win by 20 shots to 19. Overall Area 1 beat Area 3, winning on four out of the 6 rinks.
