5.7.23 - This evening at Leatherhead BC Bobby played the semi-final of the Men’s Under-25 Singles. Bowling an illegal Jack on six occasions didn’t help Bobby’s cause and unfortunately he went down 10 - 21.

4.7.23 - This afternoon we were away at Merton for our latest Mid-Week Triples match. Rosalind, Bob and Richard S started well and led 5 - 1 after 5 ends. Their opponents went on to win 9 of the remaining 13 ends to win 20 - 9. Dez, Richard F and Neil found the going tough and ended up going down 11 - 30. Match result 0 - 8 (20 shots to 50).

3.7.23 - This evening Neil played Merton in the District Champion of Champions competition. In a close game, Neil just managed to edge through to the semi-final with a 21 - 15 win.

30.6.23 - This evening, Neil was at home to Temple BC in the Surrey Men’s Singles. Struggling early on, Neil was 5 - 12 down after 12 ends, before a change of jack length helped him to get back into the game, which he went on to win 21 - 19.
